The pianists name is Wes. He deserves some credit here. His arrangements are perfection, and his execution is flawless. He has been playing in the Grand Floridian lobby for as long as I can remember. On several occasions, Iâve had the pleasure of chatting with him, touching on just about all aspects of life. Heâs exceedingly kind, passionate, and patient. A truly genuine human.
Canât wait to see and hear him again when this crazy pandemic has finally passed.

I think they just assume heâs a professional and gloss over him because the dad was just a rando passing through.
He changed the tempo several times to match the song with the guy singing, and he did it without distorting the song. Thatâs not something just anyone could do.
The best part is the proud daughter watching him. She's at Disney, but all she is thinking about is her dad singing for her. What a sweet girl.

Singers name is Brian Campbell out of Rhode Island. Heâs been performing on the East cost specifically in the New York City area. Some of the venues were sold out and impossible to purchase. Wow what amazing voice, those people have no clue how lucky they were.

When I was that little girl's age I got to see my dad as a King. We were a big theater family, most of us singers (myself included), but when I was that little one's age I got to see Dad play The King in the musical King and I (Yul Brenner's role).....and it was like magic. Big dark (Italian) guy, about 6"5', 275 lbs, deep melodic voice, custom-made fancy shiny costumes. Of course we were in a crowded theater so I couldn't, but I really wanted to run around screaming "That's MY Dad, My Dad is a king!" Later on in life our relationship got a lot more complicated, he passed in 2018, and I'm nearing 50 with a short-term memory that is complete crap. But my long-term memory, with moments like that, clear as day and will be with me until the day I die. And.....I'm going to go cry now, so I will wish you a blessed day!

I love that this happened at a Disney resort. You know youâre on vacation when you donât hold back the urge to belt out Ave Maria in public. The pianist was so professional adjusting to the singerâs pace. Passersby captivated and stopping to listen. I love how music brings people together.

I love how the pianist slowed down to the manâs singing rhythm. The pianist became the accompaniment, which shows that he is a great professional pianist. The admiration that the little girl has for her father is what makes this video so beautiful. The singer may have been a opera singer because, but donât forget, he started singing without warming up his vocal chords, is amazing. Yeah he's dressed like a complete bloke but he's actually a fairly well-known opera singer named Brian Campbell. According to other commentors he sells out venues whenever he performs. I suspect this to be another 'spontaneous act of singing' that was a lot less spontaneous than we're being led to believe. Considering where this took place, I have a feeling this is really just an advertisement for Disney that was made to look like something else.

I love the idea he's a complete bloke just having a good sing. Awesome! But not a full on opera singer... Because he's not fully in tune nor is the technique quite fully there. So I find it hard to believe. But in the realms of spontaneity to sing, I think it's great!

I have been a Church Organist for over 40+ years and performed this beautiful Master Piece ( AVE MARIA composed by Franz Schubert ) and had many Soloist - but this is without a doubt, the most beautiful I have ever heard. He is in the same league as Andrea Bocelli and Luciano Pavarotti.
Just watch his daughter while he is singing - you can almost hear her saying : " That is my Daddy, I LOVE him and I am so PROUD of him.

His voice is has more freedom and beauty than Bocelli! Hopefully someone will find out who he is and contact him and prepare him for professional work. Perhaps he sings professionally and it's not known who he is? It's clear he's had some vocal training.

Absolutely world class top tier singing, I agree he's better than almost all professionals. There's considerable depth and heart in his rendition, some things usually at least partly missing in professional voices.

I'm trying to think of the pro violin player who participated in a social experiment about beauty and people's priorities. He stood in grand central station at rush hour and played one of the most complicated violin pieces on a million dollar plus instrument. People hurried by and barely even glanced up. He played at a packed house the night before with crazy expensive tickets for seats. Thepoint of the experiment was to show how beauty can be right there if you can take a moment to see it.
