Does it "mimic" or "block" the action of aldosterone 1:35 ? Im not sure is its action (mimic/ block aldosterone) on different parts of the kidney produces different effects.

I noticed you said Spironolactone is a WEAK diuretic. Is that why I have to take 400 mgs to keep my weight down? My dr is fighting back since all she sees id Spironolactone as a heart drug at a very low dose. It makes me pee much less than furosemide. Why is that?
