Just to use an extreme hypothetical example to make my point: If we were told the Mona Lisa was painted with the intent to showcase the superior beauty of white skinned people, it would hardly have garnered the universal adoration and worship as one of the greatest pieces of art ever created that it has. An extreme example, but it gets the point across: The intent behind the art affects the meaning. With these scripted scenarios, the intent is to gather unnecessary attention for Likes and validation, to stroke a narcissistic ego craving to be seen and praised and given monetary imbursement through the mechanisms of social media monetization schemes. And that, my friend, will never be beautiful to me.
