Spicy Goat Meat Recipe

  • 1. Clean goat
    2. Season with, curry powder, dried thyme, black pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder, chopped onions and beef bouillon.
    3. Add water and cook until tender, it will take about 45 - 55 minutes depending on the goat.
    4. Once ready transfer only the meat into an oven pan and broil until it has a nice brown color all over.
    5. Put some oil in a pot or deep frying pan, add chopped onions and then curry.
    6. Blend bell peppers, purple onions and habanero and add into the hot oil, fry until the oil starts floating untop then add ginger/garlic paste and mix.
    7. Reduce the heat then add the goat meat, mix everything together, then add curry powder and Maggie or beef bouillon, I used beef bouillon.
    8. Mix again and let it sit for about 10 minutes with you constantly checking so it doesn’t burn at the bottom.
    9. Taste it, once it tastes good, add basil leaves for garnish. And turn off the fire. But still let it sit on the hot surface so the basil can release that beautiful aroma.
    10. Enjoy with jollof rice and fried plantains.
