Hello everyone! In this video we will be preparing goat meat stew! I’ve added the ingredients and recipe below for you to follow. Thank you so much for watching!
Step 1. Wash and cook your goat meat for 50 minutes depending on how tough the meat is.
Season with ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, curry powder, black pepper, chopped onions, habanero If you like it spicy and beef bouillon for taste.
Step 2. Prep ingredients for stew.
12 large red belle peppers
9 medium size purple onions
About 12 garlic cloves
Thump length big ginger ( check video for size)
About 10 Basil leaves
3 celery sticks.
About 3 1/2 cups of oil, I used canola oil
Dry ingredients
1 teaspoon blended White pepper
1 teaspoon blended anise seeds
1 teaspoon blended dried thyme
1 tablespoon curry powder
Beef bouillon or seasoning of your choice for taste. Add in little quantities and taste until you get your desired taste.
Total cook time for stew 35-40 minutes.
Cook temperature - my highest heat is 9 and I cooked it on a 5.

I appreciate your skill here as I was previously viewing a green pepper sauce from cammaroons and since I cook Goat curry with a green sauce this variants was strikingly impressive to me as this in colour Red would easily compliment a cous cous what I would enjoy together rather than rice and beans I usually would compliment our own curry goat THANKS❤

Recipe is 12/10..... looks yummyyyyyyyyyyy. Less I forget can one drink the water from the bell pepper and I will like to know how u use urs
Thank you sis! Yes you can drink it! I use it to cook Jollof rice instead of water, it gives it an amazing sweet tastes, I also use it for stews and sauces instead of water. It can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container!
