வயிற்று வலி (Abdominal pain அல்லது stomach ache) தற்காலிக நோய்கள் அல்லது கடுமையான நோய்களுடைய அறிகுறியாக இருக்கலாம். பல நோய்கள் இந்த அறிகுறியைக் கொண்டிருப்பதால் எந்தக் காரணத்தால் வயிற்றுவலி உண்டானது என்பதைக் கண்டுபிடிப்பது மிகவும் சிக்கலானதாகும்.
