And I believe its because Frieza's previous voice actor died not long after finishing the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie, so he had to be recasted.

I'd say they look worlds better. Uses cel-shading and more accurate outlining to the anime, while Xenoverse has a plastic look to it.
