- Today's challenge is pretty obvious can i beat a pokemon sword hardcore nuzlocke with only wondertraded pokemon. Are we going to get some shiny pokemon maybe even some legendaries? let's find out if we can defeat Leon!

Some websites send shiny 100 legendaries. Got latios or latias, can't remember exact wich one, and that was just one.

Despite Gamefreak's best attempts to make everyone hate Leon's guts, I like him a lot. He has an endearing character once you look past all the obnoxious dialogue that's written around him.
I don't understand how people hate him honestly, he's one of my favorite characters alongside Raihan and I guess I'm so oblivious that I didn't realize how obnoxious he is
I don't think you are suppose to hate him, I think the idea is that, the story of this game plays different from the other pokemon games, in that instead of random kid, it, you, being the hero, you only come to save the day at the end, and until then, Leon is inserted in, on top of all the comments of "unbeatable champ"
There's literally nothing past the obnoxious dialogue, he has no personality beyond it

Leon’s fine. Hop is extremely obnoxious to the point that I audibly cheered when Bede gave him a reality check. Hop was only bearable after that.
If you ever do this again you should just trade Pokémon that are too high leveled until you get one you can use so that you can use more Pokémon early
Another option is to import a ditto into your game, and take any over-leveled trades to the Daycare. Eggs are produced and hatch really quickly in Sword/Shield, and you can access the Daycare as soon as you reach the Wild Area.
@@TheWikiFool but then you lose the trade boosts and they’re technically not the same Pokémon (won’t have good IV’s)
@@dannysantos1592 Wonderlocke Pokemon aren't guaranteed to have good IVs in the first place, and an experience boost can be a severe liability when you don't allow yourself to surpass the gym leaders' levels. I see no downside.
@@TheWikiFool yeah but a lot of wondetrade Pokémon are breeding rejects tho so they’d normally have good IVs and the extra exp is just like you said a challenge so taking it away would replace one challenge with another lol

But half of those were at like halfway through the game .... apart from the riolu wich was my first one lol

I transferred a mudkip from Pokémon go into Pokémon home then transferred the mudkip into Pokémon shield

yea but the game itself is terrible, so whats the point in having your favorite mon in it? It wont magically make the game better or fun. Its best to just save and wait for the Gen 4 remakes and Pokemon Legends

TBH the DLC actually helps the game feel more complete. I wouldn’t have been upset if they waited longer to complete the game in the beginning rather than DLC. Everything feeling like the wild area in the DLC’s make the game feel like what we actually wanted from the main story
Which is exactly the reason why zwiggo and players like myself refuse to buy the DLC. We want to sure, but refuse to support greedy business practices that hurt to consumer. I bought sword secondhand, and I’d rather be caught dead than pay GameFreak 60 fucking more dollars to finish a game I’d already paid for
I really liked the dlc because it saves money having to buy a third version game for more content

Why does anyone like raihan? He's a dragon gym leader that barely uses dragons. In a game with a bunch of new ones. He's egotistical and annoying, and pretty much embodies the all time worst gym leaders all in 1

I actually started a sword nuzlocke last year. No deaths, but I stopped after the first/second gym and I didn't finish it lol.
I also leave many pokemon game after 1st and 2nd gym . Finally I find someone 😌
One or 2 gyms is like a hour how do u even stop after that long

Wonder trading is crazy. The first shiny I ever got in a Pokémon game was through wonder trade in Pokémon sun. It was a shiny celebi too. Pretty sure I gave them a yungoos named “Carl” in return.

I got a Shiny level 100 Reggie from a Wonder trade when I was on the first route so I tried like a level 6 pokémon and was just expecting a random thing just playing around with the new game I couldn't believe it
And now I figured out that those were hacked because the the name of the Pokemon had some name that you're supposed to type in I guess to buy Pokemon off them

I always forget how short Charizard is. Granted Charizard isn’t tiny but Charizard is shorter than most adult men. The thing is you imagine a fire dragon to be bigger than what the average Charizard is. You can find larger Charizard hence the Charizard Valley having huge Charizard. Love my boi I do. But I’m sad I wouldn’t be able to fly around on one
Even if you didn't get the dlc you can have and use the dlc Pokemon. It just takes a little extra work than it normally would've.
Like transferring in from home or if you're lucky you get it in a wonder trade.

I just hope that all gen2 startes are in Legends: Arceus. I just hated it, that Nintendo decided to add almost all starters to Sw/Sh but the gen2 ones.
@@Nigolasy i mean the gen 4 starters arent in sw/sh either to my knowledge, however we do have BDSP and legends arceus so im not complaining... But that's the on gen where i love all three starters, chimchar is still forever my choice bu turtwig and piplub are also great options...
Neither are the Generation 5 or 6 starters. Only Oshawott is in Legends Arceus

I've always wanted to get a pokemon game with wonder trades and just send random Happinys, Gibbles, Magicarps, and Honedges out into the world so wonderlocke players get one boon to their trades. cause if you can't use any of those pokemon's evolution lines to good use, then you deserve to fail your wonderlocke.
