    Wow this is so helpful! When you go to pay at the end, do you have to tell them your table number or something so they know what to charge you?

    • @KwonsCorner
      @KwonsCorner  Před 3 lety +5

      They usually know where you sit so you don't need to remember. When they don't know where you sat, you just need to tell them what you ordered.

    My son has been to Korea. He said out of all of the places he’s been in Asia that Korea was the most similar to home (east coast of the U.S.). He really liked Korea so much that he’s going to travel there with me...as well as to Japan and Thailand. The only part of Korea he didn’t enjoy was the DMZ between North & South....he had to be there for a couple of weeks as a Medic in the US Army. But of all the places he visited, Korea and Romania were two places he enjoyed visiting & felt welcomed by the kindness of the local people. 🥰😊
    *You seriously need to do a collaboration with Mikey Chen of Simply Dumpling!!! He adores Korean food and Korea. I would absolutely love to see you guys do a couple videos about street food, Korean BBQ & Korean convenience store foods!!! Would be 🔥 🔥🥰 ✌🏻😊*

      That's very nice to hear. I'm glad he had fun in Korea. So when are you planning to visit Korea with him?
      I would love to collaborate with Mikey Chen if I can, but since he is huge CZcamsr, I'm not sure I'll have chance. But maybe one day ^ ^

    nice to see this. I was stationed in Uijongbu for a year and Dongdeachon for another. Had a family was very close with there and we would hike in the mountains and eat out every weekend. Several of our ROK soldiers in the Katusa program were absolutely great guys. I actually recommended to Sgt Park that worked for me in my last unit that he migrate to the states and come in our military. I had an American named Yu that he used to translate some.

      @@JelenaMilosavljevic yes hahah I know about the steamed cabbage and seaweed but the ... long stem with few leaves on it I’m really intrigued I feel like he went fast towards the end because someone else was waiting in the line and he didn’t want to be rude

      It's called 당귀, dang gwi in Korean and when I Google translated it said Korean Angelica. It taste a little bitter and sweet and strong flavor so goes super well with meat.

    You eat the rice separate from the gogi & ssam? I always wrap it all together, and have chipmunk cheeks!

    • @KwonsCorner
      @KwonsCorner  Před 3 lety +1

      You can put rice in the ssam too, there is nothing wrong about it. but I would like to eat separately so that I can put more meat in the ssam ^ ^
