When I was living in America I never had Mackerel and it's such a shame because mackerel is so delicious, I think it's the most underrated fish.     Mackerel is my favoite! I just bought some frozen filets from Hmart and I look forward to it!

      Please let me know how yours turn out.
      Also, if you got frozen filets, you might need to add some salt before you cook. ^ ^

    I didn’t know some markets already pre salt the fish for you so when I did the whole salting method i over salted lol it just brought back memories. But like your vids!

      It’s nice! But not all fish can be eaten raw. Try with salmon first.
