Everyone wants to be more flexible! Why is that? I tell you few fun facts about why being flexible is important, aside for being useful for dancers:
-It improves posture and relieve tension, You will smile every day!
-It prevents injuries because of the wider range of motion
-It improves blood circulation and oxygen flow. More smiling for you!
-It lengthens your muscles and you will look, taller, leaner and more confident.
-You can show off at parties by pulling your leg to your ear…make sure you wear pants!
Make sure you do a good warm up to get those muscles flown and chewy and let’s get flexible!

Alessia, thank you sooo muchhh!!!! My mom is 53 now and has a very stiff body, she never done exercises let along stretching and very lazy to move since young because of these she got injured easily and always had lots of body pain even at her early 30s already. I have to nag her to do various exercises and control food consumption to keep her healthy. THANK GOD I FOUND YOUR CHANNEL!!! My mom got impressed at my improvement of posture from your workout, and without me nagging for hours anymore, she finally motivates herself to do your exercises at least once a day. (usually the 5-10 min ones cuz lazy XD). Her body is still stiff but much flexible compared to her 30s, better stamina and I can see her body are more toned now. I just want tell you that I'm really grateful and soo happy I found your beautiful workouts. Thank you Alessia!!!

Hey! Thx so much for these stretches! I was wondering if you would be able to post a stretching video specifically for quads? I have stretched my hamstrings and hip flexors to a T. (thx to you) But my quads always seem to get in the way. Thx in advance!

thank you so much for this great streatching!!! im a begginer and ive had problems stretching more than i should or harder than i shoud. this stretching is just great i always feel good with it, so thank you again. but im very curious about something!!! :) some times in the video you look at your righ, in the window direction, can i be curious and ask why?? maybe one of your cats outside?? sorry but ive watched and done this video so many times that i cant help asking! :) :) :)

@@lazydancertips everything is a challenge- proper form is like learning a new language. Balance is a gift. There are many of us who have past & present issues from injury etc., that benefit by holding on to a chair- lightly & /or with a few fingers- Anyway thank you a million times;) & I am glad the 'babies' are well:)
