I feel honoured to have interviewed Eesa Nana Frimpong. This is truly a historical event.
I am honoured to have walked the earth with such beautiful human being.
I hope that this can steer humanity towards a direction of understanding, love and tolerance. We live in a diverse society where in order to progress discussion must happen.
I am fond of culture and aesthetic. Ostensibly something that was dare to Eesa Frimpong. As the hadith goes Allah SWT is beauty and loves beauty. Beauty shall save the world.
I ask Allah SWT to give Eesa the highest ranks in Firdaws. May Allah SWT widen his grave and fill with the fragrance of mercy.
May Eesa offspring be a light in the world and may his legacy have an everlasting positive impact on humanity till the day of judgement.

What amazed me was that we didn't know of this footage until Dawud notified me SubhanAllah, Wallahi there is no way this was a mere coincidence, how he died, to the day night he died of the 21st night of ramadan, to the slander made against him, to then this video popping up of him literally telling us his journey of why he had to make 2 paradigm shifts in his life.
This amazing man use to pray Fajr in his garden because he wasn't allowed to pray in his house. Wallahi I cant explain how much I want to hug and kiss him on the forehead for how he changed my life. May Jannah be your eternal home big man 💗. We love you Akhi

28:29 When someone says that going back for interpretations is shackles, then it's a little problematic. I love the brother enough to not spread and condone his mistakes because that would be a sin on him every time someone watches. May Allah forgive the brother he was a real nice brother but that doesn't mean he can't be wrong on some things. I think it was completely unfair of Ali Dawah to make a video where he edited out most of shamis speech and claim that it's just a attack. And to be fair shamsi was speaking to call the guy a bad person. Rather he was just trying to make sure no further sin can happen to essa since he can't repent for them now. He wasn't even speaking harshly tbh. This whole interview there was no ilm used by brother essa may Allah show him his place in janna in his grave. Except for some hadith may Allah have mercy on him. Honestly Ali brother u have to fear Allah here, your my beloved brother and I care for u but u have to stop this emotional smear campaign u are on agonist shamsi and sbus. Cause if u are truly salafi your yardstick would be Allahs words, Prophets speech, and the way the salaf understood it. To just be totally honest bro u don't use any ilm on most matters and just use emotion. Our religion wasn't preserved by opinion or emotion. It was preserved by knowledge and propagation of it. You have not been propagating much knowledge if any brother. Please I urge u to save yourself from the punishment of Allah and to stop intentionally misunderstanding the naseeha of us brothers. May Allah forgive brother essa and all our sins in this blessed month and may Allah make brother essa those on the day of judgement who enter janna with no judgement. May Allah guide us all. Ameen
      Please just think about brother.

  • @ibrahimfakhrudinsheriff3084

Having read multiple comments, I think it is fair to claim that brother Essa was loved by the people and inshallah Allah is pleased with him. What he does not deserve is back-biting guised under the semblance of Islam. I believe that some brothers believe in the hearts that brother Essa was an innovator. Our brother Shamsi needs to publicly come and apologise for his stance as there is a time and place for everything.

This shows that a person's Akhlaq(Character) precedes a person's knowledge. And as to the one that has perfected his knowledge his Akhlaq correspondence to it.
It's evident by the one with best of character to ever have walked the face of the earth he Sallalahu alaihi wasallam. And to those who claim to be on the truth but display characters that which are rotten should re-evaluate themselves for their is a great discrepancy between what they preach and how they live.

I only met brother Eesa once and I really admired him so much for the sake of Allah as a Muslim Brother than anyone else at Speakers Corner. His character as a Muslim had a huge impact on me and inevitably had the same impact towards other Muslim brothers and Sisters too I’m sure. The time when I met Eesa, he was talking about Surah Al-Asr With someone where I overhead what he was trying to say and I remember that he was trying to remember the words of Surah Al-Asr and I was able to help him with remembering the words of the Surah. I remember that he was talking about the Tafsir, i.e. significance of Surah Al-Asr with someone. This was the only time I had met brother Eesa at Speakers Corner and I am deeply saddened and shocked that he has now passed away. Indeed death can strike us at anytime, whether we are prepared for it or not! Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Raj’iun. I am making constant Du’a for my brother Eesa because he has had a positive impact upon me as Muslim brother and he was very a likeable person MashaAllah. That is just what Eesa’s soul was. I saw him in my dream just the other day and I saw that he was smiling at me. I couldn’t believe my eyes and I Was very confused and said to him: “I thought you had passed away.” I was shocked That he was alive whilst in dream which felt so real. Allah says in the Qur’an: “Nay, they are not dead, they are alive with their Lord.” Subhan Allah! May Allah have Mercy on Eesa’s soul and grant him Jannatul Firdous. Ameen.

This is why I loved this brother for the sake of Allah, he always spoke truth and whatever he did not know, he would say Allahu Alam. I always had no trouble understanding him. May Allah (swa) have mercy on him. Also may he make it easy for the whole ummah and all that are suffering and affected and have lost dear ones due to Covid 19. Make it easy for them, and shower them with your mercy. For indeed no one else is of help if it is not you. We have come to the end of the most blessed of months of Ramadan. And even if though we could not offer salah's at your blessed house, we still strived to do so at our houses. This year has indeed been a very saddening one, we ask that you lift the trials and tribulations from us, for indeed you arr the only one we can turn to. We ask that you give shifaa to all the sick not only to the ones affected by the virus. But also to the ones who are suffering from other sorts of illnesses. We ask that you make a way out for them, I start with myself asking for pardon and forgiveness for all my shortcomings and mistakes, then I ask that you may forgive my brothers and sisters in the ummah for theirs also. And may you shower all of us with your endless mercy and blesseings. May you proctects us from the fitna and the trials and tribulations, may you keep us steadfast on the deen and hold tightly to your rope. May you protect us from the punishment of the grave, may you make our graves wide and from the gardens of paradise and not from the pits of hellfire. May you raise us up on Yamul Qiyamah as the ones who strived and worked hard in this life. May we be from among the ones who will be in Jannatul Firdaus in the company of our family and friends who we knew in this life, and all the prophets and sahaba's. He shared his dedication to Islam by not insulting those he did not agree with. He was a wonderful man that loved Islam and not groups. His advise can help many from falling into traps of following dangerous groups that can destroy societies. Islam was never prescribed as an extremist religion. The Quran never prescribed Popes or Priests. The Quran prescribed every human to read the Quran regularly and towards the end of this interview, brother Essa explains this perfectly. But if one of them oppresses the other, then fight against the one that oppresses until it returns to the ordinance of Allah . And if it returns, then make settlement between them in justice and act justly. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.

Many youngsters benefit from their videos and if this drama continues to escalate then there is the grave danger of their core message being lost and people no longer watching. They will start to be perceived as drama channels instead. Ive only recently started watching their videos and I appreciate the work of all three brothers. But I wonder what other newcomers think? There are some viewers who have been watching for years so have developed some sort of loyalty and in turn this has made the whole issue an ‘us vs them’ drama. I think all viewers who are sincere should work towards resolving the dispute between the brothers and not instigate things further. May Allah guide us all.

Moped Zachary I understand. But I would recommend just watching their videos as simply a viewer gaining to seek knowledge or motivation. Detach yourself from the dispute because all three brothers have done some great work.

Osman Keskic we should improve our emotional intelligence. Lack of empathy/understanding has driven us to this point. A lot of people want to be seen as ‘right’ and enjoy the course of humiliating one another. If we had an ounce of the loyalty the Sahaba had we wouldn’t be in this situation.

Osman Keskic we see it everywhere now and it’s so embarrassing. I don’t know why we find it so difficult to unite? Even within and between our Muslim countries we cannot unite. Yet the West will unite in seconds if they need to even when they have been enemies in the past. May Allah guide us all. Ameen

Isn’t it scary how Eesa is defending himself from Shamsi’s accusation even after his death??? If you deep it, it’s actually very scary and purely because of that, Shamsi needs to come out and publicly apologise.

I'm so happy to see this beautiful video, he expressed his views clearly, without bashing or insulting.
SubhanAllah isn't it amazing that most of us in the comments only know him from his few appearances in speakers corner videos and we are all so touched by his death.

Idk what this brother done to me. But since I saw the speech he did about the day of judgment and getting ready for the Akhera then he died. This really hit me right. To me was a powerful reminder.

Alhamdulillah I never got caught up in any groups since my shahadah in 94'. I too noticed some of the same things that Br Eesa mentioned about the Salafi group. One which really sticks out to me is how much they share quotes of scholars over the hadith of Rasul, peace be upon him. Another thing I disliked about the modern Salafi movement is that they are always talking bad about others. I was invited to a conference by a Salafi sister many years ago, it was supposed to be about the Day of Judgement or something similar; so sounded interesting so went. I was so disappointed, all the brother on the stage was doing was talking about some other salafi's! I had to enjoin the right and forbid the wrong and complain about this. Another thing noticed by many of us sisters, is that the salafi sisters at that time, not sure about now, were like the Stepford wives. Very robotic. Also, salafi of today always say, don't listen to this person or that person only our people. Very controlling. There are plenty of speakers out there with excellent contributions, we take the good and leave the bad, no one is infallible although salafi almost think their sheikhs are. Anyone who tells you to only listen to them is programming and controlling you. When one person, group etc have such control, they can deceive you. The takfiris are being so misguided although they think they are the only ones who are right, may Allah guide these poor sisters and brothers who are being deceived into thinking they are on the right path. They are doing nothing other than disuniting the Muslims.

Allahumma barek, interesting discussion, however, we must always refer back to the scholars no matter how learned we may think we are, even the scholars will refer back to those that are higher than them in ilm. And Allah knows best. May our brother Essa be amongst the people of firdous. Aameen.
