Hi, I am closed wp holder ( LMIA-GTS) . In my work permit it’s mentioned I can’t take any educational course.Can I take online ( only on weekend) 1 year certificate course from India?.And if Wes recognized this certificate, can I claim those point in express entry? Will it create any issue as for same year(2023) I will be claiming Canadian experience as well
