Very useful content. If you are thinking about Canada and till the time you get your Citizenship a must watch channel. One suggestion for Candidates start gathering your documents atleast 6 months in advance of when you apply. Getting PCC and Work letters can take time or challenging. Start early. When i apply for Citizenship surely taking your services

I'm Belgian and I have 5 firstnames but on my passport only the first 2 and the first letter of the third one are writted and in my form for the express entry I have only writte the firts one

I took reference letter from my last employer in 2022, just heard that employer changed his entire business on the same gst & business name he had earlier, but entire different business, was paid in cash, have the cash certificate, reference letter, offer letter, salary slips, NOC from university while joining this employer, but business stream of employer has totally flipped, when I worked for it, it was a massive medical equipment distribution company, due to heavy losses, they closed it in 2022, and on same name and gst no., started clothing manufacturing on different location, how can I prove it now?
One quick question, for the student of Pharm D, how is the intern experience be shown in the NOC when the question asks when did you qualify to work in this NOC code technically they are eligible to work in the 5th year. So should i mention the year I started working or should i mention the year I received my degree?

Regarding the "Changes post receiving an ITA" section, For an EE CEC application, can I modify the response from "yes" to "no" for the question "Does [Applicant] have a job offer in Canada"? The initial "yes" was mentioned mistakenly because it wasn't clear that a valid job offer must be backed by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). However, this change doesn't affect the score as the answer for "Was a positive LMIA issued for the job offer in Canada?" was already "no" initially. Also, would I need a LOE for the same?
What happened after this?
Hi Kubeir, I recently received ITA under CEC. When I created my EE I said yes to 'Do you have a job offer?' and said no to 'Do you have a LMIA?' so I didn't receive any points for arranged employment. Post ITA I realized I should have just said no to the first question itself. Even though I do have a job offer I don't have a LMIA or any arranged employment. Please keep in mind that I did not receive any points for this. How do I fix this and submit my profile without getting refused? Any feedback on this is really appreciated. Thanks

Yes I do have the same question. After submitting e-APR and receiving AOR. Can we travel back to the country (non-resident)? Does that affect the PCC status. Two questions -
1. I have worked as a software engineer for 3 years before my MBA but now for the past 7 years, my work experience has been as a Business Analyst/Consultant. Can I still make my quite old Software engineer as my primary noc occupation?
2. I started working for Firm A and then Firm B acquired my team from Firm A.. the Firm B has included my experience in the total experience in the reference letter. But in my EE profile I have added the two work experiences separately. My profile got expired and I am creating a new profile, should I now show the total work experience with Firm B?

Extremely helpful content yet again. I have received my ITA under FSW and had a query.
Is there a problem if I remove 1 of my work experience entries when submitting my application? The reason being the roles and responsibilities mentioned on the reference letter I received from the company does not really match with the NOC it is under.
Can I just move this job under personal history and provide LOE?
Removing this experience does not affect my eligibility or points since I have 3.5 years of experience from 2 other NOCs.

I changed my fsw noc code from being my primary noc and replaced it with my Canadian experience noc as primary. I have received an ITA under cec but was that a right move or will it affect my eligibility?

Do I need to show my earlier 3 Indian companies' experience in the Express entry profile? I am skeptical I will be able to get any reference letters from my old organizations in case IRCC asks. Does it have to be dated within 30 days of submission of eAPR or any date post ITA should be fine?
I got my POF document post ITA however i will submit my application after PCC which is taking longer and could make the POF document older than 30 days before submission.

Hello Sir, Could you please respond to this question- I have done 3 different types jobs and 3 different types NOC jobs. 3 Ys under Noc 0 level in Dubai, and 1 year Noc b level in Dubai, another 1 year Noc b level in Canada. For FSW, under a TEER 1 job -(NOC code 11202) can I show 12 months part-time work experience (equivalent to 6 months full time work exp) while pursuing an undergraduate degree? Will this count towards my CRS score?
Does this glitch of month of completing one year still exist? Or have they fixed it?

Me, my spouse and my 4 year old kid currently living in Canada. I am planning to apply PR through express entry. Currently, my CRS is 480 (including my spouse). If I don’t include my spouse (i.e. Spouse Not Accompanying), my points goes up to 489. Is it wise to apply without accompanying spouse and later on sponsor my spouse and dependent child?
Great video as always! I received my ITA when I had 3 years and almost 3 months of experience. I am unable to get proper documentation for one of my work experiences which is of 4 months. Can I wait for a month to submit my eAPR and remove the 4 month experience? Would it be an issue since if I had removed the experience before I got an ITA, i wouldn't have received the ITA? Hi can I delete a Indian work experience after ita as it does not show any work description. Deleting this would lower my points but still I’m in the eligibility criteria. So is it ok to delete my Indian work experience
For a CEC candidate, what should be entered in the Primary NOC code, if the work experience NOC is different from the NOC for the job offer post PR. Assuming job offer NOC gives higher CRS points.

if one is nominated by OINP as a CEC candidate then will that person be also considered and eligible for CEC draw or only PNP? i.e. if before OINP nomination the person was a CEC with 473 CRS and then OINP nomination gives 600 points, now the score goes above 1000, if there is a CEC draw at around 500, will that person be invited to apply or only eligible for PNP now after receiving nomination?

Loss of job does not impact the Express Entry profile, unless you are claiming points for job offer

Well it seems that you were not eligible in the first place and hence there is nothing much that can be done in such scenario

1) Can I apply EE simultaneously showing I have interest in moving to Alberta only.?

AOS is non - Express Entry
In 2023 you have to have a 7 in each language category of the IELTS, don't get it twisted. I myself initially thought the minimum is 7 ALL TOGETHER, but that's a bunch of misinformation out there right now. It needs to be 7 for each category, it's so ridicolous because you could have a 9 in speaking, but if you happen to have a 6,5 in writing you are disqualified regardless if you are a scientist with 3 million dollars in your bank account. It's all laughable, forget Canada. They say it's easiest country but that's a lie...it's probably easier to go the moon !
