I'm Russian and can tell you exactly, that "Ivana" is clearly made up. There is only male name "Ivan". What's more, English/American surnames are like nouns while ours are like adjectives. So when a Russian woman's surname ends with "in", "ov" or "ev", you should put "a" in the end. "Ivana Golovanova" would be more proper
