As a Dutchman, i realy mis these times. Brazil and the Netherlands had fantastic players back then. Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Roberto Carlos, Denilson, Juninho etc etc. We had Cocu, Van der Sar, Davids, Seedorf, Bergkamp, Hasselbaink, Makaay, Kluivert etc etc. Now both look nothing like the teams they once were. Especialy the Dutch team is al shit now with overrated players like De Jong, De Ligt and Memphis. Butt also the Brazil team is nothing what it used to be.
This was a bit misleading. The title and title card made it seem like it was one game that was 4x4, but it was two games, with entirely different players, and each game was 2x2. Ronaldo didn't even do anything in the second game and Roberto Carlos wasn't playing.
I noticed that there seems to be a difference in the ball/kicking speed during this era and current era of football. For example 0:53 the speed and trajectory of the ball seems so weird, unnatural and slow compared to recent videos of football matches. Players movements also seems so different. Could be just baggy attire from back then or thicker and wet football grass conditions compared to better quality and artificial now in modern fields. Or could be better video quality so movements seems more faster when compared. Idk i just find it weird even though i grew up watching both types
Which year were played these games ?? . I think they were before the last world cup which brazil had won it . Because Leonardo he did not play after . I must say Holland have good players and tuff league there so they have to be really good even those on the bench . Thanks for sharing .
