Sir you are the best.. I just can't thankyou enough for your lectures. You are doing such a noble cause by giving education to all and specifically to those students who can't afford books or take admission in far away universities. It's immensely helpful. Please keep doing this. I hope one day I'll be a worthy human because of these lectures and can influence and help people like you. Lots of love, wishes and prayers to you. Thank you very much sir.

    Bounded rationality ...
While taking any decision person restricted to bound decision not incrementalism which means that it restricted to the bounded stable which maintaine stability and order in that .

Herbert simom one of the most influemtial public administrative scholars gave organization theory based upon decision making analysics .
He propounded that complete rational level cannot be there so take decision through boundee rationality .
He profoubded rational theory of decision making which consited of 3 phases intelkiegence which means identify the problem , design ..thinking about dofferent alternative of that and choice and make choice from that .
Plus are that provided bounded rayionalify and satisficing .
Minus ..valye neutral did not focused on the environment thing .
Limitation of timr ,cognitivd and organizayion limit rationality .

    There three ways ...
Intelligence ...in this find the problem by observing ,scanning etc .
Design ..then design alternativbe to solve the prpem also observing them also .
Choice ...it shoukd based on that what to be choice from that which is least cost and effective in that .

Plus ...Gave more influential theory based on rational decision making .
    Defined bounded rationalality and satusficing
    Minus ...
Value neutral theory of public administration. And does not considered the value judgement .
Mainly after that decision taken through the fact based .
Did not considered the environment constraints between that thing .

Some improvements would be highly recommended as the audio is very low even if we turn the volume to full and also alot of background voice is there too. I hope you will look into this asap. • @POLSCHELP

Rational choice theory is basically 'comprehensive rational theory of decision making' ; bounded rationality is real life example of rational choice, comprehensive rationality being the ideal one...not possible for the 'administrative man'.

Sir if u talk about a real life example of rational decision making then I think it becomes subjective. For example if u r thinking about getting married then u have to make a cost and benefit analysys of it n then take the decision that gives u more benefits. But this decision will be subjective as different people have different opinions regarding the costs and benefits of marriage. Can these things be factual

    • @POLSCHELP
      @POLSCHELP  Před 2 lety

In real life we hardly take rational decision...decisions are mostly emotional (want/passion); reason/rationality are used thereafter to justify our irrational decision..
