it is training there are few moments that if it was a match she would have been crash, but guys are very careful not to crash her.

1:43 when you have someone in the omaplata like that instead of wasting time putting your arms on their neck just scoot your hips away while holding their waist/shoulder to get them flattened out.

Can only imagine scissor strength she could generate. I've been surprised recently to have found three separate, legit matches where two straight-leg scissor submissions were obtained and one more that was a knockout. Amazing.

@@gameingandstuff5299 look up "Itsuki scissors," "Nikki Sullivan scissors," "Sheila Bird Kim Couture scissors." The Nikki match no longer on YT but can be found (BJJ match vs Fiona??), though her win in that match so popular that Nikki does have a YT video clinic on to set up that same scissor she won with.
@Ken Thomas would pay money to see her work a scissor submission. She does offer a triangle tutorial in her videos, but I meant straight-legged head/ neck scissor.

Yea this is why females get so much better quicker than males, specially with preteens and teens because men usually let the girls work so they build confidence with every technique quicker, with other men the men are usually defending more and attacking harder @@teller1290

i think its the first time in all the spar academy that get her mount grappler and the cam men dont FOUCUS the take, he took anothers guys sparring and not at tess , you need come back this bodyshop mma to sparr again and put on permanent take cam record better

And there's a good chance she'd never clear leather or a purse before assailant on her so knowing some hand to hand might catch assailant off guard just enough to allow her to get away...or draw down.
@Ruben Feneser Most of ufc fighter or professional boxer male or female could easely knock you out no matter if you are trained or not. Even a retired fighter could do it. There's a huge difference between people who live training and those who do some sport just to get a good looking body, like those in the vid
