How about when the door opens up and then open edges show white??
Hello William, yes...that is our number one challenge in shooting garage doors...so 2 ways to prevent the stripe at the edge. 1 is lift up the door panel to eye level like you are opening the door, and spray the exposed edge that is my favorite...then roll up the door to dry....or the harder way is roll up door and roll the edge after....which is much more difficult. Did you have to prep the door once installed? Like sand it? I install garage doors but want to paint doors for my client.
Do you let the door sit down the whole time?
How many gallons of paint did one door take
Each door took about 3/4 of a gallon. I bought 3 gallons for these and ended up using about 2.5 for all 3 doors.
