Usually it can mean a lack of setup. Racing is so situational, you cannot jugde from the first very point but if you have too much of this game going on you can play with caster, rear axle width, front axle width. You must know that!

Thats technology of racing carts to lift of outer tyre for sharper cornering, its intentionally does to carry more speed😂
