Haydn's composition (a staple for a very long time) is masterful and demanding, this might be especially true for this movement with its jumps. When you play it in public you better know where you are skills wise. (The list of great renditions is as long as there were and are the notorious masters of the instrument.) There is, having said this though, no danger for the young lady who happens to be a very young master. My highest esteem my gracious lady. That's what they'd have said back in the day.
