Trump was the 1st American citizen that had Congress violate a Citizens 4th Amendment Rights by Legal action in a unwarranted search based on SPECULATIONS & Suspicions alone.
As a sitting President the Democrat party of Congress smashed the Constitution in an attempt to criminalize the President. They made his Taxes public records and released them to the press!

Judged by any standard, The United States VS Trump is the most urgent case facing America. Regardless of the outcome, it is imperative to bring this case to speedy conclusion and allow the United States to move on. There is something very wrong with a judicial system that makes little or no distinction about the urgency of legal cases. And there is also something very wrong when the rich can hire teams of lawyers to delay and delay and make a mockery of the legal system.

It doesn’t matter how perfectly legal and painstakingly non-biased and non-partisan this process was. It doesn’t matter that the fantasy Trump projects as a criticism of his opponent, is exactly what he states he will do himself in reality. It doesn’t matter how delusional he is or that the only words that come out of his mouth are falsehoods and lies. What matters is that whatever he says, the cult believes. That is precisely what defines a cult.
Precisely. That is why we need to forget about trying to convince his cult followers. What we need to do is focus on convincing the moderate GOP voters and most importantly, the independent voters. The cult is only approximately 35 percent of the electorate so all we need is to convince and mobilize the other 65 percent.

Unfortunately for him, in the end whatever his cult believes doesn't matter. Simply insisting on his own warped wish-list of laws that don't exist will never win him a legal case, no matter how biased the judge or even the jury. Bending the rules to hand him a win won't prevent a higher court overturning the result and I don't think even the currently corrupt SCOTUS would have the stomach for allowing trump to get away with espionage against the USA.
His cult cannot win him an election and they've seen what violence will get them. He will never be in a position to make good on his threats.

No, he is not a "nut". He consciously lies to spin his cons. A con artist can never admit the truth. it's not that they cannot physically it just goes against all reason to admit to lying. There is no benefit other than perhaps his conscience but I believe he does not have one. He feels no shame.
To my recollection, he has told the truth twice:
1. First time was claiming he could shoot an innocent person in broad daylight of the world and not lose his base. He knows his audience well which is 10's of millions of Americans.
2. He has admitted twice to my knowledge that the reason he lies so much is because it works. He characterized it as "misinformation".
