Long bean
The long bean, also known as the long-podded cowpea, asparagus bean, snake bean, or Chinese long bean, is a type of legume that is grown for its strikingly long (35 to 75 centimetres or 1.15 to 2.46 ft) immature green pods. It has uses similar to those of the green bean and is a staple vegetable in much of Southeastern Asia.

2:01 In case you didn't know, honeyberries are as good or better than blueberries both taste-wise and health-wise, but they don't require acidic soil. I have alkaline soil and have the same issue, my blueberries died but the honeyberries keep going. Besides they yield fruit much earlier which is also great (for me).

Garden is looking sweet. Sounds like a transformer on one of the poles near your property is acting up, there is a good bit of interference with your mic's signal.
Edit: Thai peppers have a bite that is about habenjero in intensity from what I recall tasting them awhile back. The burn is different though, not something I'm good at explaining.
