- We were gone for the long weekend and we’re excited to see what the garden looks like now. It’s hot 🌶️ It’s 37°C but we have the time now.
Walk through the garden with me as we harvest some dragon tongue bush beans and try a sweet pepper growing in the garden.

Your banana peppers are ready to pick, however, they’re not sweet like suggested. I’ve found them to be sweet once I pickle them. That’s the only way I consume them now.

Love the garden! A suggestion for you asparagus seedlings. You can plant in five gallon pots, if you anticipate moving. Happy gardening! ❤️ Banana peppers are not sweet. I am not sure why they are called sweet. But your peppers are ready for harvest. 😊
