I welcome you here to Ajoyful Kitchen today cook with me my yummy and best beans and korkor also known as Gari and Beans or Yor K) Gari.
I made my Gari and Beans with Red Onion fried in Vegetable Oil which came out best try this recipe and enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 800g black eyed beans
- 1000ml water
- 1 onion
- 1 red onion
- 1 tomatoe
- salt
- ripe plantain
