This kit includes everything you need to convert your older head unit. You do not need to purchase any additional parts or additional dash pieces/trim.
Ordered mine, came in about 4 days ago. Install was easy. Head-unit works phenomenal. Very responsive and loaded extremely quickly as soon as the car turns on. CarPlay for either Apple or android loads extremely faster than my older T10 head-unit. Looks amazing and is a total upgrade. I hope to be able to find some screen protector or this though. I still have the factory film cover on the screen until I can find something to use as a screen protector. I highly recommend this head unit!!!
Do the factory steering wheel controls still work with this unit?
Yes, our units do preserve factory steering controls

For next design upgrade in order to increase the screen size, you may move the air vents a little more downward. You could also omit the button pannel. To upgrade the unit you can even use free space at the bottom of the unit on the top of the AC knobs.

And side camera functionality? If so does it turn on with turn signals?
Will this unit allow me to utilize the camera in the front that appears shrunk with the Birds Eye view on the side to a full screen view of only the front camera?
Yes, it will allow you to keep all of your factory cameras.

What's the screen resolution? GB size for the RAM? Is it wireless CarPlay? Is it compatible with the OEM/Stock steering wheel controls?
What type is this unit. 2g, 4g, 8g of ram and how much GB of memory?
Does this unit use the factory microphone? Also, do you still retain all the usability of your steering wheel buttons? Thanks
You will retain all steering wheel functions. There is a high quality built-in mic on this one

Does this unit also work with Sirius XM radio?
You can use XM radio in the Sirius XM app but XM radio is not available by default on this model in the radio.
Does it come with all of those 57 air fresheners too?
Ha! For the right price anything is possible.
Does the system retain 360 camera/bird eye view that came factory?
It sure does. If you have the factory 360 cams they will keep working.

Will this work on my 2011 4Runner
Unfortunately, this version is not yet compatible with the older 2009-2013 versions. We are working on adding that compatibility soon. The standard model is compatible with yours. Email us if you need any more details on this.
