- I know the struggle of having heat damaged hair... it's not fun. So these are 4 simple ways that helped me transform my heat damaged hair into healthy curls!
This is a very basic video, that I hope will help anyone getting started out on a healthy hair journey! If you follow these steps by the book and are dedicated then you will get your curls back in no time...I lived by these steps for a year and my curls bounced right back! I wanted to keep it simple, because sometimes these videos can feel very overwhelming, but I will be posting more videos including other tips that have really helped my curls to improve even further for people wanting more advice! When I was younger I had the most beautiful curls and now from heat and bleaching it’s stringy and wavy with some curls

@@excushey sorry I don’t think my comment got thru, and I wrote a lot so I’m gonna summarize. I used keratin leave in conditioner by milano care (twice a week), vitamin E oil/gummies, night curlers to encourage your curls back, don’t wash too frequently especially since you’re already damaged.. and try silk bonnets and/or pillow case! I used coconut shampooing/conditioning for curls. I hope it works for you as well :) best of luck 💛💛

My hair is pretty much a 3a-3b pattern, but I just got my hair straightened for prom and I just washed it and now it’s barely wavy😭 I’m so upset

Lets hope this works.. my hair is 3a-3b but because i bleached it its now its wavey/straight my curls completely vanished 💔

@@kristenfisher926 yes and no i didn’t completely follow her steps i used a shampoo with a Moroccan oil base and conditioner with the same oil every now and then, sleep with a bonnet on, while having my hair in a simple braid so it wont move around and my curls are back. not completely but i have curls at least😬 getting a cut soon to help it even more. Also sleep masks did good for me. I just gave my hair what it needs every now and then, my hair does great on oil (not too much 🤣) so thats what i try to stick to. Hydrate it!

There’s no evidence at all to say parabens are bad for you or your hair, they’re just one of our best preservatives when used in super small doses (the replacements for it are more irritating as you have to use more of it to get good preservation), hair products shelf life is good so you don’t end up with mould in it!
👍. I think the hair companies adding more oils in their products to balance out the chemicals is why the "natural" products work better. Curly hair needs more moisture, and more companies are realizing it compared to a few.
I heard that they were linked to causing breast cancer? I don't know if it IS true, that's just what I heard.

Straightened my hair for what? 9 years straight every day? I’m 21 now. I picked up a straightener and never put it down since. My hair is so incredibly damaged it’s not even funny. To not use heat sounds insane to me bc my hair is HIDEOUS but at this point I need to or I won’t have hair on my head :)

She said she started from this video it was 2-3 years she got it cut a lot so it’s probably mostly all new hair that she’s got
yep It definitely takes a while, in full a couple of years but noticed a difference within a few months and then it gradually kept getting better from then x
