Rabs almost lost his voice calling this one, and Fatty said it was up there with Grand Finals in terms of atmosphere and quality. A great game featuring some great quality players!

Brilliant match and I was there! The Roosters success since then can all be traced back to this game. That crowd, that effort, and beating that Broncos team. Proved that the Roosters could achieve things after the dark days of the 80's and early 90's, and have continued to succeed and become stronger than any other club ever since.
