I added five spices and honey instead of brown sugar and it tasted divine, just like barbecue wings. Yum

Yes. You could remove the bone and flatten it to helps it cook faster. If you leave the bone on, it takes longer to cook.

Wouldn't it make much more sense to make the marinade FIRST, mix it very well, THEN add the wings for coating? Sorry, it's the common sense in me. They look wonderful btw. Peace
