Fried Chicken Wings Recipe | Tasty, Garlicky and Crispy Chinese Fried Chicken Recipe

--Ingredients(3-4 servings)-
2 Lb/900 g party wing
1 1/2 tsp salt
2/3 tsp sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp beaten egg
2/3 tbsp rice wine
10 cloves of garlic
-Batter Mix
1 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
6/8 tbsp potato starch

I made a fancy salmon and vegetables dish over rice to catch my husband. This would have been the 2 or 3 times a week follow up and he would have been so happy; just change the side - rice - noddles - mashed potatoes - french fries - pasta of any kind greek salad and about 3-4 lbs of the chicken wings - would have kept him happy. Cook on Girl and long may you fry .
