Great vid. Does the bottom speaker grill come off as easy as the top one, or would I have to remove the door panel to get it out?

No. That one ((bottom one )) it’s attached to the panel. It’s designed that way. It doesn’t come off. It comes off only with whole panel

I don’t have any manual for any car or parts. I always look first. Grab a flash light and take a look very close on any part ,and then have tight tools and go a head.

I hear something resonates in my A6 C8 door. Something like loose screw or loose plastic. Resonates quite loud at speed ~140km/h or when driving on rough roads. Any idea what could it be?

Remove the panel and take a very close look to all parts. Cables are hitting to the door maybe. ,wrap the cables with soft cover if they are touching the door.

When you remove the door panel, there is two or three cables make sure they are not loose and not touching the doors. They can make noise always.

Same here especially bad roads. Did you fix yours? I think this can be because fuel line vibrating or check this video maybe these clips are rattling. Search “Audi A3 S3 RS3 A5 S5 RS5 A4 S4 RS4 Sportback door panel rattle fix” on you tube
