  • Rapid Recovery Group Results!
Sarah was in our last group. She was 37, with brain fog, fatigue, joint pain and needed medications for ADHD. This is what she had to say in the final meeting of the group 6 weeks later!
She said she was happy for me to share her testimonial because it was watching other people's testimonials that inspired her to join the group and get her health back! So she hopes she can inspire you now!
If you want to join our next 6 Week Rapid Recovery Group, there are only 3 spots in the group starting January 12 (at the time I write this). To learn more about the group, get free information on how to get health, or get my new recipe book for reversing disease, click HERE: linktr.ee/goodbyelupus

The one thing that I keep hearing from people who go through Dr. Goldners program is that they have a lot of energy. I've been tired since 96/97. I do 15 minutes of Kettle bell swings and get on my glider for at least 15 minutes after I eat. I have yet to feel an endorphin high. I just feel ok. I feel much worse when I don't do anything.

Hi! I have to concur about the energy boost! I started doing the protocol on January 1st! It is basically an experiment I am running. 100% raw vegan for the month of January.
I'm doing the protocol for goodbye lupus.
I've been vegan for 18 years and whole food plant-based no oil for the last eight.
With that said, I still struggled with overeating even if it was healthy food and if I'm left alone with snacky food because I dog sit for other people in their homes. Eventually the pantry would call to me and my old binging habits would come back...
So even though I don't have lupus or an autoimmune condition, I thought I'm going to do this protocol!
I am a week in now and I have to say the transformation has been profound! I know I've lost weight but I don't know how much , I don't have a scale. Weight has always been my number one issue, but through this protocol in just a week not only have my cravings completely disappeared. My unyielding appetite has definitely calmed down!
I'm keeping it real simple with green smoothie for breakfast, green smoothie for lunch and a big salad for dinner and some avocado on romaine leaves because I love my avocado! Lol
I've been battling depression for a year and a half and for the first time I feel pure joy inside. Not only does this protocol heal your body, but it actually healed my broken heart.
I've also developed anxiety over the last couple of years and that has gone as well and that's just in one week! There's something magical in those green smoothies and those big salads!
All the best to you. ❤️

@@sharynthevegan8029how do you make your smoothies?

@@sharynthevegan8029 that is amazing to hear. I've wondered if part of it had to do with the omega 3's from the chia seeds or flax seeds? Last night I was googling the benefits of omega 3. But those green smoothies really do sound good. Plus I tend to drink my calories anyway. It would be amazing to feel energetic again. Thank you for sharing your experience with me. I appreciate it. I wish you continued success with the protocol.

      I use a NutriBullet 32 oz size.
I stuff 3/4 of it with a spring mix blend , I quarter cup of chia seeds, one banana and with the little bit of room I have left I put in frozen fruit, it doesn't really matter what kind of fruit. Fruit it's just for the sweetness to get the greens down. I do find that frozen pineapple and mango sweeten it the best so I do a little bit of that with some berries.

@@sharynthevegan8029Yep, that's the classic Dr. Goldner green smoothie recipe :) as a health coach and future physician, she's a big role model and inspiration for me, and I recommend my patients to check her out all the time! I'm also WFPB, about 70/30 raw/cooked. I find it better for me than 100% raw, bc I'm an athlete/body builder and mainly get protein from legumes/beans/lentils and tofu, quinoa, etc. I try to have the green smoothie, big salad, Dr. Fuhrman's GBOMBS, etc., and eating the rainbow is key! Cheers to good health, God bless :)

Depends which. Childhood vaccines are important. Mumps, pox, polio, etc
