GrassCel Porous Paver // Sprigging a New Lawn

We've just inastalled the Grasscel Porous Paver Turf Reinforcement system for our driveway. These 'pavers' will protect the root system and minimise any damage or ruts created by vehicles, etc. These are meant to be great for people who have boats, caravans, etc that are often moved over the same grassed areas. I will keep you updated on this products over the coming months.

Yes, I hope so too. I’ve got the sprinkler coming on every two hours and can always grab more sprigs if needed so I figured, why not 🤷🏼‍♀️

We have something similar in our lawn except its concrete. I call them waffle bricks but I think the proper name is grass tile. Our grass is Buffalo and works very well.

Keen to hear your thoughts. I think our biggest learnings were - get the base layer spot on and make sure you’re only joining one edge at a time by doing them in rows. The only other learning - once they’re down, get them filled in asap just in case anyone tries to drive over it. Learned that the hard way with a Moffatt and had to re-do a section.
