Today I Try out Factorio for the first time ever. I put quite a lot of effort into this compared to the usual so I hope you enjoy it. Thanks for watching
The "new tips" in the bottom left corner are actually useful, they teach you controls and some minor quality-of-life mechanics. Click on them and read what they say. Ideally try out what they tell you yourself immediately before going to the next one, I know it takes longer that way, but Factorio can have such smooth controls once you know all the little tricks, and future-you is gonna be grateful you internalized these things early.
Early game you want one drill on stone in to a box, and build a bunch of burner drills and furnaces alternating between the coal patch and iron, if you setup burner drills on the coal pointing in to each other you can have infinite mining till they fill up, furnaces and drills have large enough storage for the early game that you don't need to fill chests and craft inserters. once you find you're overflowing with iron (I guess for a noob 4 drills on each is enough, I personally do about 10 iron, 8 coal), put 1 or 2 drills on copper with a furnace each, then you can start building power and researching automation, feed power with a box of coal, then start crafting belts and inserters with the factories. Electric drills are only good once you have enough iron production to build a coal belt to the power station.
Right clicking in the crafting screen will put 5 of the item in queue and shift clicking will craft all you can, in your map you can check your pollution zone and make sure there arent any enemy spawners in it otherwise they will attack you nonstop, and once you are ready to *industrialize* check out factorio calculator
Factorio is game full of little tricks and hacks. And its realy natural for you to not know lots of mechanics. After couple hours you will lean back and look at what you have build and with those tricks you will found out on your own. You will have that filling, that its garbage and now you will be able to build that better. And maeby buind your mashines from the ground up. Or just start new save. With that knowlage it will be better and better eatch time. I personally have restarted my game 4 times befout i have launched the rocket. Rocket is the final gole of thw game. Now i have 1000 h in factorio and i dont regrete a secound of it. 1 tip i am willing to give is "allways go bigger". If you thing you nead 10 furnaces for iron. Very quickley u will find out u nead 25. So yeah im waiting for next vid. Good luck with the bugs.

I've been grinding factorio non stop for 2 weeks, definitely addicting, keep it up!
