Jimin holding that falsetto thruout shook me. I lost my mom on July 5th & this song made me weep. But it was a good cry, cathartic. I was asking my mom for a sign and boom, phone alerted to the song. I got the message, & once again these seven dudes helped my adult self get thru another day. 💜💜💜Love you guys so much for giving such honest reactions and truly being the best example of ARMY.

I'm in the UK. They killed this performance. In the introduction when Adele Roberts asked why they chose the song RM said it was a tribute to the rapper Biggie but then said "we wanted to say we miss Armys ..... it’s a message to all the Armys all over the world". I had tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat and I agree with Blaze, I've missed hearing BTS Singing and rapping in Korean. 😢💜💜💜

I loved Taehyung's voice the most in this song. His vocal really stood out, and as a baritone singing alongside tenors - he did a brilliant voice. Also, it's really impressive how he was able to transition from low to high in 0.5 seconds. Taehyung's range is NO joke!

Many people that speak multiple languages have expressed the mental process of translating in their head before speaking English, and the challenge. English isn't a simple or easy language, and while I don't know Korean, I did learn some Japanese in college, and I recall realize just how odd our grammar is compared to many other languages.

I just commented that I felt the same way. I’m black and I was a bit nervous too. I knew they would do well but BTS has so many critics that are not necessarily Black. UGH JIMINS VOICE IS EVERYTHING! That mans voice is a gem💎Like Jimin has the most unique vocal color and range. He has such a beautiful and quite distinct vocal timbre. His pretty vocals add a new layer of flavour to every song and he can pull off any type of style or genre. Jimin is one of the finest vocalists in the music industry. That man is just in insane vocalist. One of a kind. I could listen to him all day. No artist ever made me cry until I got into BTS and heard Jimin. Jimin’s the only singer that made me cry bc of his beautiful voice. His voice just heals me and gives me sm comfort. Like how can someone sing like that? Overall they all sounded and looked amazing👏🏼

Yes...absolutely. Suga, Hobi, Tae and sometimes Jin do not like showing their foreheads. They don't feel comfortable.
As a life long Biggie fan, I was hesitant to listen to this cover. That song has so much meaning to NY and Hip Hop culture. However, I was glad I did. It brought back emotions. I reacted to this version the exact same way I did then, just a little older and a lot less teary eyed. So for that, I am pleased. I appreciate what they did and how they respected the original but still kept it true to their style.

This song was huge in my formative years. I think they did a great job of paying homage to the original while still making it unique and their own. Jimin definitely slayed the high notes !
This was a hit song from when I was barely a teen, I’m 38 now. The impact it had then was palpable. The fact that BTS keeps breaking barriers is amazing and I couldn’t be more proud to be an ARMY.

The live band is GHOST, the same band who had toured with them in the past... they were on the "Tiny Desk Concert" with them, and my favorite was when they backed up BTS on "Ma City". Ma City is one of my favorite live performances....
