    Man I know I'm late to the party, but this was great. I've read several mental game books but you consolidated a lot of the information in those books super effectively. If you're still making videos, I wish you all the success.

    This is a great video man! Any tips on how to deal with drops in confidence during a game? If I make a mistake and team mates complain I panic and start playing worse due to stress of messing up again.
    This channel is honestly amazing though!

      Thanks a lot man, appreciate it. I did a previous video on "how to easily become a more confident athlete" so check that out too.
      In game though I appreciate that can be hard but a good thing I know some people use is to have a mental 'reset button'. So if you make a mistake, find something to act as a trigger to forget what's happened and move on. For some people this can be the ref's whistle. For me when running if something isn't going well I use the next mile or KM marker to act as my reset. It take a while to engage with this kind of thing but overtime it's a really good thing to help you snap out of what could otherwise become a negative spiral/rut! Hope that helps
