you don't need to hold the key in, just push it it in briefly and do up your belt etc, and the engine will start itself.

Quattro doesn't enhance the fun factor? It's fwd and rwd at the same time so therefore double the traction... superb balance and handling.

The 3 Series does have its advantages when it comes to general handling on the road and that can be very hard to beat - even for an Audi!

It's been a close call between this and the 3 series for a long time. I still can't make up my mind but I do really like the rear wheel drive of the BMW.
