- MTN DEW has released Baja Blast and Baja Blast Zero Sugar for the summer of 2023 in 12 pack of cans, 20oz bottles and mini 7.5oz cans. We compare Taco Bell's Baja Blast on their fountain to the cans.

I am within walking distance of an actual Taco Bell near where I live and I can say that I usually go for Baja Blast when I go there every now and then on occasion.
Although if I don't want to spend money on a whole meal there just to get Baja Blast. Plus another good thing is the cans I can take to work and have during lunch period. I have a TON of Baja Blast cans in my fridge as with me its not just the Baja Blast or Carribean Splash or Passionfruit punch or whatever with me of i find soda i like that releases a limited edition summertime soda flavor then well... i just go for it straight up. Plus with me the other thing is im the type of gamer that likes to have a can of soda during a good gaming session or two or three or however many I want at any time.
So... yeah... I don't have any issue with getting it from the actual Taco Bell for me its just that I prefer not to do so unless I am getting a meal with it. I mean to me with a meal there to me is THAT much more worth it.
I will say though the next time I do get a whole meal there I am considering getting the biggest serving size of Baja Blast just so I can treat myself. I do enjoy the Nachos they serve there so when that day comes I might get it with something like that. The nachos to me that they have there are very good.

there is nothing wrong with interest in soft drinks and keeping expired ones, after all better to have more than you need than to have none at all. its probably a good idea to buy lots otherwise they might discontinue fun flavours in cans because of production prices being more than sale prices, i have a feeling that's what happened to mountain dew australia and our code red flavour that we had last available 11 years ago, also a bit more off track mountain dew australia stopped production the no sugar variant of mountain dew original, and we now only have 2 flavours in australia, mountain dew energised which is the original and mountain dew energised no sugar major melon, we do not have any other variants of flavours other than those, we pale in comparison to New Zealand that have 1 No Sugar Type Which Is the original mountain dew no sugar, and 4 full sugar flavour variants, Mountain Dew Code Red (which is berry flavoured instead of cherry flavoured), Mountain Dew Live Wire, Mountain Dew Passionfruit Frenzy (a new zealand exclusive.) although we have raspberry coke in australia and new Zealand (instead of cherry coke because different taste preferences in different countries) you can find out more about soft drinks from aus/nz by going to either the woolworths website (australian), or the countdown website (new zealand) we only recently in the past few months got the full sugar raspberry coke in australia, and new zealand removed their full sugar raspberry coke in the past few months too, so im hoping coca-cola australia and coca-cola new Zealand are an cahoots with each other so if coke raspberry gets popular mountain dew australia might see that and all the support/requests for new flavours on instagram and do something similar. anyway, sorry for the long comment, i just have a passion for soft drinks like mountain dew and hope i might live to see mountain dew australia bring back code red with the new zealand formula, but customers not buying new flavours might not be the problem, in australia we have a sugar tax, which might be affecting how well they can produce soft drink flavours, as new zealand doesn't have a sugar tax. anyway, keep trying soft drinks and keep making content

Hopefully, Baja Blast is permanent. I bought 2 12 packs of zero and that was rare just seeing them in Walmart. Its a flavor I'd buy as a "daily" soda.

Baja Blast is the only Mountain Dew I drink. I only get it when I’m at Taco Bell coincidentally and I didn’t know they sold it in a can.
Baja Blast is to Taco Bell what Sweet Lightning is to KFC - it's the only choice when you go to those places.
Every fountain soda tastes different than it's can version..to me at least.

I tell you which one is better it's the normal Baja blast but everytime when I go to taco bell I get the normal one but when they be out then I get the zero sugar of Baja blast so the Baja blast

I love the Baja blast. Mountain Dew and I was also bummed out to find that the Mountain Dew cobra Kane has been canceled now for this year. I was really looking forward to it I really love mint, flavored things, spearmint or peppermint. I know it was supposed to be Barry and candy cane. I have an idea though, the Mountain Dew game fuel that is coming out around the holiday season. It is a berry flavored Mountain Dew so I thought since it’s the holidays we all should just make our own cobra Kane with it and just put candy canes in our soda and then review them and see what we think of it What do you think Chris and Vito

the reason the taco bell one was darker was because a large taco bell cup is wider than the cups you were putting the cans in there fore there was less area for the light to travel through, eg a shallow lake vs the ocean
It also tastes a LOT sweeter. Definitely more syrup in the Taco Bell one.

Taco Bell baja blast is clearly better than the can. Drink it everyday during my lunch break. It has a sweeter taste which is what I like 😎

i dont like any canned mountain dew. it all taste less carbonated and sweeter. only soda that taste good in can is coke.

Bwahahahaha. We did used to go to Tilted Kilt all the time when we had one here. All the Hooters closed up here and we don't have a Twin Peaks nearby.
