I’m exactly the same with anxiety and it makes everyone who struggles with anxiety even worse to watch videos of perfect people with perfect lives and not being real. Literally never comment on videos but just wanted to say thank you for being honest. I get the same thing where I go on holiday and feel really anxious but can’t really explain why and can’t pinpoint what the reason is I just know it happens, so it feels reassuring to see someone else saying a similar thing. I think social media would be a much better place if people were more real about how they were feeling. We see a beautiful picture and just assume others are having an amazing time, all of the time which is probably not the case as ups and downs are normal 😊

Kate sending you a big hug, your emotions and feelings are so so valid, doesn’t mean you’re not grateful! Just know if you need a moment to yourself to take a deep breath, you do that! No matter where you are in the world, emotions are a funny thing aren’t they🤍 that white dinner outfit is 🔥✨
I always find the first day really overwhelming, I think if you know it happens to everyone and accept it it’s ok ☺️ The first day is always a bit of a write off as you’re tired from travelling and everything is new - new environment, new culture, new language etc so don’t be too hard on yourself ☺️ Takes time to settle in so allow yourself to write off the first day/take it easy and let the holiday properly start on the first FULL day ☺️

I had 4 years of travelling with my ex boyfriend and I cried every time I went away because I was anxious and missed home and my anxiety isn’t my friend when I’m away.. I felt very unappreciating of my circumstance at the time and felt very rude, anxiety is the worst I get it 💕🌸💕
The resort was gorgeous.. what’s it called ? I am heading to Bodrum in September and would love to book it
4 years on and off three weeks here and there but it was too much all at once I feel ya darling, understand so much it’s an awful feeling 🌸💕🌸

Also, super random. BUT, what do you use to do your winged eyeliner? I’m pretty sure you use a brown eyeshadow but I’m not sure which one. Can you ask which angled liner brush you’d recommend? ♥️
