Kate that is great you are looking into various things to improve your health. I use the Fitbit to monitor my sleep. I like that I can see how much actual sleep I get and the times I’m restless & awake. I also find eating too much sugar can give me yeast infections (and I’m not diabetic) so I have to watch my sugar intake. I love that you ride horses I wish I could do it more often. I've had trouble with yeast before throughout my life and what really works is to starve your body of sugar. Yeast feeds on sugar so give it a try. I was told to starve it for at least 30 days.
