Kate, try magnesium glycinate for anxiety and sleep. Most people are deficient these days because of modern farming methods. Also, B vitamins are very important for regulating nerves and depression.

They way you spoke about your mental health is exactly the way I've been feeling. The longest I've been off my tablets is 6 months then I feel like I need to go back on them again. I think I just have low serotonin

very happy for you kate for your column! ive seen influencers evolve their career into radio, tv and magazines in my home country and i think its a very 'natural' career growth, to want to try new things and expand your job. gives you opportunities to evolve and learn new things in a different way and to maybe see what you want to do in the future and where you want to take your career (i mean nothing wrong with doing exactly this in 10 years, but many end up craving some change, as you said, it can get quite repetitive).

Lovely vlog.. your sunglasses are stunning ❤ such a sunny vibe to this. As for coming off anti depressants it’s so very hard, try and cut down very very slowly if you can at all (sometimes it’s just not the right time) either way anxiety is so awful just try and do what’s best for you Luv 🌺

I’m not sure why - but I stopped getting into skincare and taking care of myself and I’ve watched a few of ur vlogs here and there and got back into it - so Thankyou
We all have struggles and most have periods where they feel “down” or have anxiety because I know I can be like that. I got really sick almost 10 years ago that caused permanent nerve damage so I have to be on 3 different medications (not including all the supplements) to keep my chronic pain somewhat controlled. I still live with pain daily but what keeps me pushing forward is that I could have remained bed ridden or in a wheelchair which I had to use until I was able to somewhat walk more normally so grateful for that! I think you don’t have to be completely off of your medication, as I was on higher dosages to start then slowly decreased the amount until by body started reacting poorly again. Once I went back up to the previous dosage before it got bad again, now I’m on a much lower dosage than I started. You have been under a lot of pressure with not only work but the purchase of your flat, moving twice, settling in, and doing project after project can take a toll on anyone! Adds additional stress which can take a toll on mental health and anxiety! Give yourself some grace and it’s okay, if you can’t be completely off your medication but stay on the lower dosage that you were still feeling good on! God bless you sweetheart! You’re truly beautiful inside and out so don’t forget that! ♥️

I got rid of my struggle when I met someone whose name is Jay and obviously you pronounce J like his name plus the name would be entirely different with G so my brain thought that was reasonable enough to differentiate them haha

Ive had a very very low two weeks recently and i have no ides why , i did try CBD oil for the anxiety part of it and its great , you should look into it , keep a little bottle with me and 8 feel that anxiety feel in my stomach coming , i take it and it really gets rid of it x
