- A woman with a very familiar appearance has an issue with her school's local curriculum. Specifically a song by the iconic rap group "NWA." And she does NOT mince words, especially when quoting certain lines.

She started to read it rhythmically which means some part of her brain understands the appeal of a good flow
She probably enjoyed it at some point and just decided it was wrong....
dude, let's be honest. If she had that anger, she would DEE-LIVER!!!!
@@ericmoody3944 Good observation
I know the flow of the Canadian national anthem, that doesn't mean I'm Canadian
I want her to bear my children.
Dudes in the booth have the best job on the planet.
THEY'RE ANNOYING
@@xxtravdamanxx They're having a good time
yea they laugh like maniacal psychopaths at everything and get paid for it
@@xxtravdamanxx you're annoying. HA! SLAM!
@@xxtravdamanxx they make the show 3× better every one knows their laughter is a a solid part of this pod
“Fuck the police coming straight from the - whatever”. You had one job CHRISTINE
She grew up in LA WTF??? Was living in the middle of the cornfields in Indiana around 11-12 yrs old when it came out and I can still receit that entire track and album frontwards and backwards..
You mispelled her name. It's Kristine. Kristine as in "HEEEEYYY KRISTINNNNEEEE!!!!!"
As much as I hate to defend kirsten, but I think she was doing her impression of the way her doppleganger petered off with 'you get the idea'
Lol
Tom was 9 when this song dropped.
And? Toms my age & we both would have started high school about 5years after it dropped, we still listened to 80s music in the 90s. I loved 2Short at 9, just didnt blast it when my parents were in the house (we also used to listen to older songs in high school & before, they werent on the radio(some had never been) & there was no itunes etc
@@kristiskinner8542 chill. cool you like old school stuff but i dont think OP was trying to make a mean spirited comment about tom's age.
@@kristiskinner8542 relax
@@kristiskinner8542 Ok boomer.
She's about 20 years too late with her outrage
More like 35, released in 1988
O there was outrage back then about it & 2Live Crews "Me so Horny". They also wanted Married with Children taken off the air. Then there was the whole Twisted Sister & Judas Priest deal. It was always started by some Christian conservative womens group (just like alcohol prohibition) & why tapes & cds had to start using the "parental advisory, explicit lyrics" warnings
@@thebetterlemonjello egg on my face
The lyrics are so fire even her reading it is awesome, I wish this was in my curriculum growing up
Hearing that in a proper southern accent is hilarious
We make everything extra ☺️
Love how she says motherfucker. It's almost sexy
I could just isolate each word she says and layer it back on top of the karaoke track but actually on beat. It might sound interesting with many words slightly overlapping each other. 🤔
do it, don't be stingy.
Try it out. But it better be high and tight so I want to touch your camera through the fence
Doooooooooo IT !!
You can do it put yo back into it😉
Drop that shit homie!
In all honesty though, my history teacher like 12 years ago had us all bring in politically motivated songs as part of a week-long project on media, politics, and War throughout the decades.
It was pretty educational and got everyone to pay attention to be fair.
I thought I was so cool doing crystal mountain by death, I was such a dweeb lmao
Yeah, 12 years ago we were teaching media studies to analyze how people manipulate and pander to their audience. These days they teach it to manipulate and pander to their audience.
this is a cool concept
@@MiaogisTeas those early generations learned it well and now they are putting it into practice
Was thinking maybe its in whatever class they're covering censorship? Cuz there was a bigggg push back to that song back in the day (along with 2Live Crew and some other groups & tv shows). They all led to tapes & CDs having the "parental advisory, explicit lyrics" warning
My history/social studies class would put music on Fridays and then break the song down by release date, lyrics and political climate of that time. "Killing in the name of" was a class favorite.
I did a project on NWA for my media english class where I focused most of it on that song and the impact it had at the time. Probably my favorite project I did in highschool
now now rage are literally the establishment 😂
But if you played Dixieland for the same reason all the teacher's pets would have an aneurysm
I take it you didn't further your educate
@@Nics-D-Ace *education. If you're gonna come for me, come for me correct.
More shocked hearing her say "Yo Dre, I AM something to say"!!!..bc always thought it's "I GOT something to say"
She's tokd, it is got
I'd love to hear her read the lyrics to insane by eminem
Honestly anything the encore or relapse weould be hilarious
Kim
Just wait till she hears Ice Cube’s No Vaseline…
Broooo insane would be so fucking funny
Eminems I'm back lyrics are fun
This is what you get when you cross Christina with Bert's wife 😆
Is this Christina after another 10 years living in Austin? 😂😂
It's Austin. She'll have ear gauges and Bohemian clothing.
@@JohnnyBurnes The best part about this is that Leander is like... Just *barely* outside the Austin Metro area 😂 it's hilarious how rapidly things jump straight back to bible belt even when still in close proximity to ATX
@@Mr_Jish why is that hilarious? I think it's funnier that you would think otherwise. It's almost like you've never heard of Austin before.
Push ascends her tocked-ness
She was sitting in the dark waiting for the perfect time 😂😂😂
I love the guys that laugh in the background.
When I first heard this I thought someone got a lot of audio of LeAnne Kreischer and made a deepfake of her.
Bro 😭😭😭😭😭💀💀💀💀💀 best comment
Catcher in the Rye condemns the type of people that get mad about Catcher in the Rye.
In listening to this again, I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when I listened to it on the podcast last year. That’s how viscerally it hit me the first time 😂😂😂
She did very well quoting if I do say so myself 😂
Well she was reading it so it’s not that impressive
Sees another blonde woman
Christina: is this my look-alike?
Similar looking face structure as well
She’s the worst lol
Listen to me I strive for the type of just conversations they have. Now days it's hard to even get chemistry like that. Love y'all stay tight
I would watch the shit out of Christina on stage simply reciting gangster rap in a sentimental way, similar to a poetry reading.
Reciting gangster rap in slam poetry style
She ain’t ready for the NWA Solo albums…Nuthin But a G Thang and No Vaseline are gonna rock her 🌎
Dude in the background starts out laughing like a super villain but it gets to a point where you can’t help but laugh with him cuz it’s just so real
Can we get her to read icp lyrics next not a huge fan of their music but fuck it'd be entertaining
As an old school icp fan it would be hilarious especially if they part of some curriculum
Especially “what is a juggalo” or “neden game.”
ICP are great and so is this idea
@@williamswiniuch7527 water trash
And into a large fan
This was from Leander Independent School District English III curriculum. The song was included in an article about protest songs.
In the right context, hearing those lyrics is no different than reading Faulkner or Tom Sawyer. The words you're hearing are more of a representation of the period than expressing any direct animosity or anger at anyone. It teaches history.
📠
Huh? It's literally anger and animosity directed at crooked LAPD but is also extended to any racist crooked cop in any city
Hip hop music is the single most destructive factor in that community. It literally brainwashes them to be violent criminal losers. Why do they keep promoting the artists with the worst messages and each generation gets more phucked up. All by design. Look forward to more Travis Scott type concerts
@@tristarperfecta1061just say you grew up in a suburb and never had a bad police interaction in ur life😂
And yet schools don't teach the Gulf War, Afghanistan or current Ukraine. Fuck history. How about current events that matter?
This format is so much better than the studio. Facing eachother and tv in the centre.
"Thariddapo With Attitudes" I love it!
This is my favourite clip of all 😅✊

You two will love the end credits of BEING THERE.

Point of personal privilege!

Ive always loved Yepooodhloooow Attitude
Why do the laughs in the background make it so much funnier
Someone needs to put the instrumental behind this NOW
Still love that song!! even more now 😂
The truth hurts those who have a soft soul
“Hahahahahha this is not my standup” no Crustina this was way funnier
Nice...
Tom had balls to play it out loud. I had that shit on my walkman.
my older brother listened to 2livecrew and he acted like he didn't give a shit. so the conversation came up about 2live at a family get together and me thinking "he doesn't care if anyone knows" let everyone know he listened to them. i cant remember if he got in trouble but i do remember him being super pissed at me. So much for not caring, ha!
I love when ppl not from where you’re from try too tell you how too feel
That’s exactly how I say rap lyrics when my daughter is in the car. Same accent, cadence and enthusiasm. Has made her laugh since she was 5.
Her flo is fire!!!
@@barringer1987 She looks blonde?
At 5 whole minutes into this video I realized this is the school district I went to.
Even funnier that it’s Leander ISD right there in Austin 😂
I used to live in this town. Things were better back then.
AHAHAHAHAA I went to college 20 minutes from here. Of course this in Texas
Yep that accent is too familiar lol
the way she said motherfucker made me laugh so fucking hard i cant breathe
They didnt teach us NWA back when I was in school. I feel soo cheated
3:30 anybody wanna tell me which book she might be referring to? I hope it wasn't The Kite Runner because....ya
Tons of different classes/areas this song or NWA in general could be used. I would hope it’s at least in high school though.
I was in middle school in the early 80s . We had to listen to Eye of the Tiger by Survivor….. every single morning……. Great song btw but I was really tired of it by the time I was 13 lol 😂
You get the jist
I'm 8 months late but those lyrics are from a song that came out 35 years ago.
Lol omg she needs to start doing concerts
Ol’ girl been wanting to grab a mic and drop it like it’s hot her whole life 🤣👍🏻
I love how she said. She's got my haircut
Intro to NWA101 every Thursday. 3 hour class It's brutal.
I could see the song being discussed in music theory if the school actually had the class
Or English
Great clip but I gotta know, Thats the glove for?
Mr ribs hurt man 😂😂😂😂😂😭
Maybe she should read some Cannibal Corpse lyrics next
Her head would explode.
Where can I find this clip isolated!?
What's up with the glove I feel like I missed something lol
If from south Carolina and when I was in the 5th grade, they had to send a permission form for us to read the first Harry Potter book in class because it had witchcraft and devil worship and magic in it. Bible belt was awesome 23 years ago
When I was a kid Aladdin just came out in theaters and my church buddy wasn't allowed to go watch it with me cause it showed magic
Lol that’s cute. You mention Harry Potter in Oklahoma 20 years ago you better run for it.
how did we get from that to teaching about gender studies and CRT lmao
BRO this used to be my school district bruh
"There's gonna be a bloodbath of police".. completely out of context 🤣👍
Dude we used to listen to pumped up kicks in gym class
I love how offended Christina is that Tom didn't listen to her once again regurgitate exactly what he said, but with a slightly different reference lmao.
this is literally bill burr's bit on getting a bad read in court haha
Yup!!
Music history
Teach it in poetry class.
I genuinely confuse pictures of Christina and Kyrsten Sinema on a near-daily basis.

Can’t wait for Fart Simpson and Hendawg to get their hands in this
forgot that song even existed
Is the remix up?
FTP should be taught in every curriculum.
What is this? 1992? People like her made NWA huge back when I was 12-13, If the old lady didnt like it, I loved it. Living in small town Denmark NWA was a whole new world opening up
We’re revisiting lyrics from an album from the early 90s. Tell that lady “Thanks boomer”
