This a true example, in my opinion, of a true junk journal. Almost if not all of it is recycled materials. My grandson is most impressed with the recycling of the process. 😊🎶💕🐩🌺
One thing that can really slow me down in starting a junk journal is trying to decide what papers to use. Watching how you picked the papers for this journal was very helpful. I also love how the pages are random sizes, and the way you sandwiched the envelope flap between two pieces of ephemera was one of those gee why did I never think to do that moments. This was a great video, (as are all your videos), thank you!

Love the ease and artistic freedom in making journals this way! I get so frustrated with flip through videos where the entire video is spent giving credit to where all the digitals used in the journal came from, instead of the creative process in making the journal.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this tutorial, Cathy! You really took us back to the basics of producing a 'real' junk journal. You showed we can use recycled material from magazines and book pages. I find birthday cards a useful resource too. Many thanks for sharing. ❤❤❤

Thanks for not using digitalis this time! I use magazine pics all the time along with paper pad papers. They turn out cute. My 8 yr old granddaughter brought me her construction paper and we matted some pics. Pretty, and she was so proud! TFS🤗

Great tutorial
I just finished making a series of 3 journals and I started by going through my stash. I pulled all kinds of fun papers and then sprinkled a digital kit through the 3. I love this style of making journals just as much as digital heavy journals. I just love a mix of everything. This is a great tutorial!
