- Paul made a spontaneous stop on the streets of Newcastle, Australia, leaving fans in awe. En route to his concert at the McDonald Jones Stadium, he paused to admire a 160sq m mural created by local artist Mitch Revs to commemorate Paul's first Newcastle show.
The mural, a hot topic in the city, drew in visitors, and they weren't disappointed when the Paul himself decided to make an appearance. Joining in the artistic fun, Paul added a personal touch with a smiley face and his initials.
Mitch, deeply moved by the experience, shares, "Meeting Paul was surreal. His genuine nature and willingness to engage, even on a busy day, shows who he truly is. Forever grateful for this memory!" Watch the surprise unfold here!

June 14, 2019 you came to Globe Life Park, we were there. Your manager came up to us and handed us 1st row seats, center stage. A miracle happened … it was both of our birthdays and you sang the birthday song, you looked down at me and smiled. I’ll never forget that day , my dream came true because of you Paul. Just confirms my adoration for the great man! Despite being the Mozart of our generation, he remains a down to earth Liverpudlian. Great to see him affect so many people in such a positive way! Despite his busy schedule he can still stop by and have a bit of fun... he was not even late for his brilliant concert! He is my mum's age and I took my son to the concert and he loved it! (of course!) Another generation witnessing a music iconic genius first hand! Long live Paul, Wings and The Beatles!

Loved the concert on Tuesday night. Awesome show! Special bonus was that it was my daughter’s 18th birthday on the same day. Also a huge fan she was over the moon when Paul sang Birthday. So happy to be part of a rare and special moment and all in our home town!
