But a half-hearted ‘sorry’ and a giggle seems to have repaired the damage, so not to worry.
One common theme in many of these videos is the inability for security to communicate clearly often because English is not their first language. This surely has to be a concern as any miscommunication or misunderstanding particularly in the environment where they work could be a serious risk to H&S.

That's not wrong but it's also a bit of a distraction from the real issue and feeds the trolls and xenophobes. Lots of videos of people with absolutely clear English being utterly wrong and risking health and safety. This guy may have been a bit more challenging to understand but I've seen far, far worse and unsafe behaviour.
As a long time follower...another common and increasing theme is that race keeps coming in to it...usually being rather unsavoury or critical.

Never underestimate one little scratch/dent cost to fix, it might be 1 little ding but can cost alot.
And the cost to repair panel damage on an expensive car is mysteriously much, much higher than to repair similar damage on a cheaper car.

Your comment about saying sorry making it all ok is absolutely spot on. I was threatened with imprisonment for an unpaid debt to a local Council (Australia) after one of their staff sent off my details to a Government debt recovery agency. The problem was that I owed nothing to them. The Government agencies to whom I complained seemed to believe that their statement that the Council had made an error should be the end of the matter. I replied asking them to confirm that an apology for speeding/red light offences would satisfy the authorities. I am still waiting for an answer.

The solution for companies is to produce their own song and then get security staff to play the song during the entire interaction causing a copyright issue then they can then get the video removed. Or at least the audio.
