It's more useful. Kindly provide more and more information on our fundamental rights and duties so that society will be aware of at least basics of our Constitution and the Penal code.
FIR and Jail after trial acquitted..who will compensate for the wrongful imprisonment for years...Also the accused has lost his credibility in society and stamped as criminal. JUSTICE DELIVWRY SYSTEM IS QUESTIONABLE! ? No answer !

Filing fake FIR by the police can be quashed by filing the writ petition article 226 against the person in high Court.
Complainant can be punished under section 182 ipc and the police can be punished under section 211 ipc .
And for we can sue the complainant for causing defamation and harming our reputation under section 499 ipc .
Defamation is both criminal and civil wrong.
