Wrong. I’ve been fighting this battle for years now. This same group of people say you can’t target upper, mid or lower pecs. Wrong again.
In today’s video, Dani and I share our thoughts on how to put pressure on the feet to really make your quad sweep burn like fire when using the leg press.

Also bc she recognizes that once you add 50-100 pounds of actual muscle, it drastically changes a persons biomechanics. Something that a ton of really smart doctors and coaches fail to account for.

Cris, do you have an email so I could possibly get some advice. I am doing something wrong because I can't get past the beginner stage of any routine I start because i keep burning out. I just recently started working out again going steady for two months and I reached that burnout again this week. Also great channel thanks for creating it I watched alot of videos on exercise form and the machine setup to help target the correct muscle. There are a couple other hammer strength and cybex machines I have at my gym hopefully you will cover someday.

What are you saying, since steroids work you shouldn’t pay attention to any details of you training. If you have shitty quads and bad training, go ahead and run a cycle and see how much your quads grow
