- Who would win in a battle between Omni-Man and Superman? Both characters have similar powers and abilities, but who would come out on top if both characters went all out against each other?
Superman vs Omni-Man is a very interesting matchup because both characters share similar characteristics, but very different moral points of view. Both Superman and Omni-Man are incredibly powerful characters, with tremendous strength and abilities.
In this video, we compare the strengths and abilities of Superman and Omni-Man, to see who would win in a fight to the death. Will it be the Man of Steel with his super strength and speed or the powerful viltrumite Omni-Man?

Superman won this versus fight in our poll. The final tally was 80% for Superman and 20% for Omni-Man.
Superman has the strength of 10 Vultrumites, for his heart is pure.
They make a Superman reference in the show when the costume maker gives mark a costume with solar panels on them cuz the costume designer originally thought that Omni-man’s powers were solar based
superman is just flat out stronger, he has taken hits that would at the very least stun omniman plus he has more abilities.

I think Omni Man would be a epic battle for Superman. However without exploiting Supermans weakness of kryptonite, Omni Man would most likely lose in a battle of strengths. The real way is to base the two’s strengths against eachother is by comparison of past battle encounters and how they fared against opponents of world/galactic threatening power. Superman leads in this venture, especially since Omni Man for most of his past has faced enemies that are considerably weaker than himself. Same goes with Homelander, except Homelander is no where near Superman or Omni Man in terms of strength, he is merely a superhuman unlike his alien contemporaries that are completely different species.
It goes: SUPERMAN>OMNI MAN >HOMELANDER

Robert Kirkman, the creator of Omni man, even said that he would easily beat Superman, and that Superman is boring. I think he mainly does this to troll people, especially DC/Superman fans. There is just no comic superhero created in existence that can do battle with Superman and win, he is by far the strongest there is, and ever will be. He is the definition of god among superheroes. The only one that has come close is Goku from Dragonball Z. So, that being said, if Goku can put up that much of a fight against the Kryptonian Man of Steel, then Goku could probably, most definitely beat the tar and feathers off Omniman, and also Homelander. I think Robert Kirkman is just incredibly jealous, that Siegel & Shuster thought of the all powerful being first and Superman evolved so much over the years, making him as powerful and godlike as he is today. Also, as I said before, the only person capable of creating a hero coming close to giving Superman any kind of competition, was Akira Toriyama, the creator of Goku, and the Dragonball universe. So if Superman could absolutely decimate Omniman, or Homelander, you could only imagine what Goku would do to both of them. As much I respect Robert Kirkman, and I love TWD universe, he just wasn't able to come up with a hero that could even hold a candle to Superman, and for that matter, I don't think anybody ever will.

Omniman demolishes Superman easy... You see if you read the comics you know Viltrumites are really like gods. Viltrumites can withstand the heat of the sun, they can fly in the sun, they burn but they can heal, they are fine with the coolest known temperatures, they can hold back their breaths for weeks to literally fly from planet to planet... Nolan has thousands of years of conquering experience. He would come to earth make everyone believe that he is a friend like Superman and as soon as he knows his weaknes he would fly in with a cryptonite asteroid 😅 he can fly so fast that he ignores the air around him, the older a viltrumite get the stronger it becomes.... There is only a few things that can hurt a viltrumite, a gun hidden on an asteroid, one alien species, a virus and Allen and of course another equally strong viltrumite
You do know Superman regularly takes saunas in the sun right and Viltrumites are only capable of not instantly dying in the sun due to being on the surface.Almost everything else you said are basic feats of DC characters
