4 Types of Erectile Dysfunction (And How To Deal With Each)

  • There are four main types of erectile dysfunction that I've come across working with hundreds of men with ED. One of the most common is PIED (porn induced erectile dysfunction), but there are others. It's really helpful to understand which type you have, and what is required to correct things in this type. Not all types of impotence are created equally, so the more you know, the faster you can overcome this issue.

    Not sure weather it’s due to master baiting regularly or it’s performance anxiety 🤷‍♂️ due to it being my first time. I can get hard but not hard enough and then when I am I can’t keep it. Feel like I’m more relaxed now though and more confident and don’t think it’s changing so you recommend me to stop master baiting??

    I have too many blue veinss there.....
    Iss it a problem..... Some say that those are vericose veins....?

      Varicose veins are rarely associated with erectile dysfunction. I would start with looking at type 2, how often are you watching porn? If you don't use porn at all, examine your anxiety.

    Hey I'm 24 since 16 I had ED problem I have been to the Dr an he giv Viagra and it didn't work an don't even get morning erection I don't wat else to

    I've watched all your videos, I think you give incredible advice.
    I'm a confident guy, I travel a lot, I'm doing really well in most aspects of life, but I'm always nervous about getting a boner. Once I've got it, I'm fine. I use viagara 95% of the time and I'm mostly good, I occasionally have a slow start but I always get there eventually.
    The problem is, it kind of spoils sex for me, I look at it as a challenge, and something stressful, until I have a boner....
    Anyway, enough about me, to the question: what's your opinion on using self hypnosis and positive affirmations to overcome performance anxiety?

      Hey Mark,
      Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad I have been able to help you. This problem pretty much tore my life apart so I'm trying to give back in a way that I needed.
      The answer to your question about self hypnosis is unfortunately "it depends". The first thing I'll say is I know hypnosis, self hypnosis, and positive affirmations are effective ways of dealing with mental challenges. If your anxiety is caused by some minor confidence issues then it is definitely possible it can help. Referencing this video if your ED is type 3 and you aren't struggling with porn addiction then I could see it working. If you are struggling with porn issues I wouldn't worry about hypnosis until you have resolved that (unless you are trying to use them to resolve porn addiction). If your ED is type 4 it most likely won't do much.
      Obviously you know your situation better than anyone. I'm a big believer in trusting yourself on this journey to heal. If self hypnosis has come up in your life then it's worth a shot. Try it out and let me know how it works for you! Whether it works or not, keep going. You will get past it as long as you don't give up.

      It takes time and effort but you can do it. I relapsed hundreds of times before I finally got past it. Just keep trying and it'll get better with time.

    It may not be common but I remember a time when I was fully erect about to ejaculate, I forcefully prevented orgasm by squeezing the shaft very hard, eventually my erection quickly disappeared. Since then I had issues. Pretty sure something happened at that moment. Need to organise a test.
