987 Boxster S Fabspeed Exhaust Install!!

Hello all, and thank you for tuning into FunAhead TV!
In this episode, we work on everybody's favorite 2005 987 Porsche Boxster S! Yes, the one that we just recently rebuilt on the channel.
The new owner, my brother in law, Matt, wanted to install a Fabspeed cat back exhaust system on the car, so that's exactly what we do in this episode!

Any guess on the hp and torque gains? How much value do you think this adds to the Boxster? Will you be able to recoup it down the road (financially and/or literally)…?

Thanks Jeff!! Fabspeed claims a 10hp bump with this system, plus an 18lb weight savings. 10hp might be a bit lofty, but the car certainly feels more peppy! As far as value added, usually aftermarket exhausts don’t add too much to the value, if any, at resale. So, they’re costly in that regard, but they sure make ownership more enjoyable :)

The weight savings is probably more valuable than the actual HP
